Brandon gave me a call and told me they were in and when I returned that call, Nick got me on the schedule so that I'd be able to drop the bike off after work and pick it up on a day that I work from home. Absolutely perfect for me.

Ans: Y   Service at Ray's is always the best. I even added the Air Wing luggage rack and light to the work order when I dropped it off and everything came out great. LOVE the way the pipes sound after Ricky put the Thunderheaders on. I could not be happier!

If I've ever had to take it in because something's "not right", Randy and his service team have always worked with me to be sure I'm happy with my Harley and the way it performs. I went in to buy a somewhat expensive part a week or so ago. The person behind the parts counter told me that the Harley part was more expensive than one I could buy elsewhere and suggested another source. After doing the research I found the Harley part was 20% more expensive, but it was also a slightly higher quality part. I decided to buy the better part from your parts department because I know you stand behind your parts, and if I had a problem I could bring it back or get advice, and who knows what might happen with another vendor.
I just appreciate the great customer service in looking out for me and letting me know I might get a better deal elsewhere. You might have lost a sale and gained a customer, but in this case you got both. Thanks.

You have a great staff in the Parts Department. I bought a 2010 Dyna and have spent over $4,000 in your parts department within the last year. Becky & Karl always seem to help me find exactly what I want, which causes me to buy more. They are great folks and their knowledge of Harley parts is unbelievable. As long as they continue to work in your parts department I will continue to purchase Harley motorcycles and Harley parts from Ray Price.

A. This work performed, determined that the original diagnosis of my oil leak was incorrect. Both Bruce, Nick and Randy informed me of problem, they cleaned oil away from under cover and checked for other leaks. Parts and labor of work done on incorrect solution was given back to me, in form of HD gift card. I appreciate the honesty in dealing with your service department.
